Shipping policy (Germany)

• Shipping methods:

  • Insured shipping: The seller covers the costs; shipped via insured parcel post. Delivery time 2-4 days.

• Shipping costs:

  • Standard parcel post: Buyer pays costs; exact prices are displayed at checkout.

  • For insured shipments: the seller bears the costs; corresponding fees are included in the product/checkout price or shown separately.

• Delivery times:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days within Germany, from the date of dispatch.

• Insurance/Liability:

  • Standard parcel post: no insurance; liability in accordance with legal requirements.

  • Insured shipping: Sum insured according to selected package/insurance option; proof of shipment and tracking provided.

• Tracking:

  • Standard parcel post: Tracking possible/optional, depending on the provider.

  • Insured shipments: Tracking and proof of insurance are available.

• Returns:

  • Return conditions, deadlines and cost regulations remain unchanged; note that returns are at the buyer's expense unless the seller covers the costs according to the chosen shipping method.

• Further information:

  • No customs duties/taxes apply, as this is a domestic German transaction.

  • Environmental aspects and packaging information (recycling, minimal packaging waste).
