🔁 Return policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• unused and in original condition

• should be in its original packaging (if possible)

• must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g. order number).

Exceptions:
The following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Personalized or custom-made products (if you have chosen personalization for the art prints, refunds are excluded)

• Digital products after download/unsealing

📬 Return shipping

To return an item, please contact us first at [your email address or contact page]. We will then send you information about the return address and the next steps.

Return shipping costs:

• The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

• We will of course cover the return shipping costs for incorrectly delivered or defective products.

💰 Refund

Once we have checked your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
